A Brief History of Everything a.k.a. Zug, really?
As the title suggests, it is time to address our biggest misfortune a.k.a. moving to Switzerland. This was 100% the least pleasant move in terms of EVERYTHING but we got there in the end. And we ended up ending up in Zug, a place I would not wish on an enemy.

Matas is solely responsible for this. There is no way I would ever suggest going to a tapas restaurant in Zug of all places. But these days I am very easily convinced to try new things and since we will live here we just HAVE TO KNOW and now we now.

Meating: back to the sad past
Our move to Switzerland does not end with Zürich. The goal is to find an apartment in Zug, the third smallest canton in the country. To this effect, we went on a scouting trip and decided to stop for dinner. A dinner that veritably took us 10-20 years back.

Scappatella Milanese (Part II)
Our weekend escape to Milan continues with more food and, finally, some misses and near disasters, oh, and also cultural activities! We ended up having some indulgingly good times with our F&B, a visit to Teatro alla Scala and then some. A perfect weekend getaway.

Scappatella Milanese (Part I)
After a week spent in Zürich doing bureaucratic stuff we felt like we needed an escape and at 3:30 hours away by train Milan proved to be a handy destination. Milan is not my favourite city in Italy but beggars can’t be choosers, can they? At least we ate well!

I will take a deep breath in, I will hold it, I will exhale and I will introduce you to my first encounter with Swiss food. Needless to say, it was not good. Do you want salty? Because this is how you get salty. But ask yourselves first, are you really ready for it? Leggo.
